MINUTES

Legislator Ryan made a motion to approve the minutes of February 26^th, March 12^th, March 19^th and May 7^th, 2002 and was seconded by Legislator Wishnie. The vote was 3-0.

ITEM # 16

Item # 16 is petition from a resident of Cortlandt Manor requesting that

one parcel located at 11 Buttonwood Avenue be placed back into the

Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District.

Legislator Wishnie made a motion to approve and forward Item #16 to the County Executive and other appropriate departments for further review and it was seconded by Legislator Ryan. The vote was 3-0.

ITEM # 17

Item # 17 is a resolution from the Town of Mount Pleasant requesting that properties on Bedford Road in Pleasantville and Pea Pond Lane, Washburn Road and Todd Lane in Briarcliff Manor be removed from the Saw Mill Sewer District.

Legislator Wishnie made a motion to approve and forward Item #17 to the County Executive and other appropriate departments for further review and it was seconded by Legislator Ryan. The vote was 3-0.

A&C Contracts

Legislator Pinto again stated his concerns regarding contracts on the A&C calendar. The County seems to be contracting out a great amount of consulting work even though the County has employees that are qualified to do the work. The Members suggested that he phone the County Executive about his concern.

On motion of Legislator Ryan, seconded by Legislator Wishnie the meeting was adjourned at 4:13 p.m.
