MINUTES –MAY 1, 2001

Chairman James Maisano called the meeting to order at 4:40 p.m.

 

Minutes of May 1^st. were read and approved on a motion of Carsky and seconded by Ryan

 

 

 

On a motions of Pinto and Ryan, the meeting was adjourned at 4:55 p.m.

 

 

Bob Boland gave a brief report on the A&C Agreement Hudson Property Partners. 

 

Anthony Landi talked about a bond act on this.  Eventually this will turn back to park land.  Once it is completed, it will be turned over to the parks department.  One is temporary the second part is a permanent one.  We are trying to get the developer to make a bike path.  The existing homeowners do not want to have a bike path.  The community is doing it along with the developer. 

 

This is an industrial development.  The concern is to open a bike path which is a separate issue.  This is something that we wanted to look over. 

 

 

Meeting was adjourned at 5:05 p.m. on a motion of Pinto and Ryan.
