The meeting was called to order at 2:20 p.m.
Both the minutes from the 4/8/02 special meeting and the 4/8/02 regular meeting were approved by a vote of 3-0.
Mr. Ryan said that the subject of today’s meeting was originally scheduled for discussion on 4/8/02, however, DES Deputy Commissioner Kozlow was meeting with the NRC in Washington, DC last week and could not attend the PSCJ meeting. That discussion will be held today: security and public protection issues involving major facilities and infrastructure within the County.
Due to the nature of the subject matter, the Committee went into executive session by a vote of 3-0 at 2:20 p.m.
A motion and approval to exit executive session at 3:12 p.m.
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 3:12 p.m.
