MINUTES: MARCH 4, 2002

Chairman Mosiello called the meeting to order at 1:10 p.m.
Chairman Mosiello stated that the first order of business was to set up a quorum. The meetings will be held on Mondays at 1:00 pm. On Motion of Mr. Alvarado, seconded by Mr. Mosiello, the quorum for all purposes was declared at two.
Legislator Swanson’s communication regarding baseball fields was discussed. The committee reviewed County Executive Spano’s response to Legislator Swanson and on motion of Mr. Alvarado, seconded by Mr. Mosiello, the communication was received and filed 2-0.
Chairman Mosiello directed Mr. Neglia to review and update the committee’s Blueprint for the next meeting.
On motion, Mr. Alvarado, seconded by Mr. Mosiello. The meeting adjourned 1:20 p.m.
Legislator Hall was present but due to the court order, was not allowed to vote.
