Chair, Swanson called the meeting to order at 4:25

On motion by Mr. Pinto, seconded by Mrs. Spreckman, minutes of 3/24/03, 3/31, 5/5/03 and 5/12/03.  Vote 3-0.

Reappointment

Rosemary Uzzo has attended meetings and signed oath book.  She was Director, Information/Registration center, Yonkers New York Public Schools.  She is now retired.  On motion by Mrs. Spreckman, seconded by Mr. Young reappointment was confirmed.  Vote 5-0.

Department of Social Services

Commissioner Kevin P. Mahon

On motion by Mr. Young seconded by Mr. Pinto appointment was confirmed.  Vote 7-0.

Department of Planning

Commissioner Gerald Mulligan

On motion by Pinto seconded by Mrs. Spreckman appointment was confirmed.  Vote 7-0.
