Chair, Swanson called the meeting to order at 4:00

APPOINTMENTS:

Refuse Disposal District No. 1:

Brian O. Havranek has a good attendance record and signed oath book.  Mr. Havranek is a Building Inspector at City Hall in the City of Peekskill.  On motion of Mr. Ryan, seconded by Mr. Pinto, Mr. Havranek was appointed.  Vote 5-0.

Youth Board:

Cynthia Adams has a good attendance record and signed oath book.  Ms. Adams is presently coordinator of Staff Development Center for White Plains Public Schools.  On motion by Mr. Ryan, seconded by Mrs. Pinto, Ms. Adams was appointed.  Vote 5-0.

Betty Lou Ward:

Betty Lou Ward has a good attendance record and signed oath book.  Ms. Ward interned in many different schools and also tutors.  On motion by Mr. Pinto, seconded by Mr. Young, Ms. Ward was appointed.  Vote 5-0.

REAPPOINTMENTS:

On motion by Mrs. Spreckman, seconded by Mr. Young, the following reappointments were confirmed:

William J. Rothschild

David Dawson
