Chair, Swanson called the meeting to order at 4:10 pm

REAPPOINTMENT:

African American Advisory Board:

On motion of Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Pinto, Mrs. Taylor’s reappointment was confirmed.  Vote 7-0.

APPOINTMENTS:

Dennis McDermott has a good attendance record and signed oath book.  Mr. is Vice President and Streetbanker for J.P. Morgan Chase & Company.  On motion by Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Pinto, Mr. McDermott was appointed.  Vote 7-0.

A. Lanalle Parker (Darden) has a good attendance record and signed oath book.  Ms. Parker-Darden is an Associate Director in the Yonkers Community Action Program and was also Grants Manager. On motion by Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Pinto, Ms. Parker was appointed.  Vote 7-0.

On motion by Mr. Pinto, seconded by Mrs. LaMotte, meeting adjourned at 5:10
