Mrs. Swanson called the meeting to order at 8:45 AM
Mrs. Swanson noted that Patricia Gorski is the clerk of the Board who has done a wonderful job over the past eleven years and would like to award her the “Award for Distinguished Service” along with the Golden Goose which is a prestigious award also given to Legislator’s.
On motion by Mrs. Swanson, seconded by both Mr. Pinto and Mr. Young, Patricia Gorski received the “Award for Distinguished Service” and The Golden Goose.
On motion by Mrs. Swanson, seconded by Mr. Young meeting recessed at 4:00 PM

Airport Advisory Board
Robert Gilbert, attended two meetings and excused from four.
Community Services Board
James Holland attended seven of the last ten meetings and Mr. Hughes attended eight of the last ten meetings.
Grant Mitchell, M.D. attended 7 of the last 10 meetings.
On motion of Mr. Pinto, seconded by Mr. Young, Mr. Hughes was reappointed to Community Services Board.
It was decided to wait to approve Robert Gilbert, James Holland and Grant Mitchell due to problem with expiration dates. Bill Randolph will check on this with people upstairs.
Fire Advisory Board
Michael DeVittorio being reappointed to Fire Advisory board. On motion by Mr. Pinto, seconded by Mrs. LaMotte, Michael DeVittoria was reappointed to the Fire Advisory Board.
Human Rights Commission
Rosemary Uzzo has attended all meetings. She also attended conference at Crown Plaza. On motion by Mr. Ryan, seconded by Mr. Young, Rosemary Uzzo was appointed to the Human Rights Commission.
Committee recessed at 5:00 to give Rev. Dixon a little more time to come in for his appointment.
Meeting adjourned at 9:25 during the Board Meeting on motion of Mrs. Lamotte, seconded by Mr. Young.
