The meeting was called to order at 4:00 pm.
APPOINTMENTS:
Mr. Robertson resides in Yonkers and has attended meetings of the Planning Board since April. He is the Executive Vice President of Kencal Maintenance Corporation in White Plains. Mr. Robertson is currently the Treasurer for the Yonkers Industrial Development Agency and member of the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce. He has been very involved in the community his entire adult life. County Executive Andrew Spano asked him to represent Yonkers on the Westchester County Planning Board. Since serving on this Board he has learned a great deal about Patterns and feels the members want to work with its outline and budget.
Legislator Stewart-Cousins made the motion to approve the resolution confirming the appointment of Dennis M. Robertson as a city member of the Planning Board and was seconded by Legislator Spreckman. The motion was carried by a vote of 7-0.
Chair Swanson made a motion to approve the resolution confirming the appointment of Honorable Eileen Pilla as a village resident member of the Planning Board and was seconded by Legislator Young. The motion was carried by a vote of 7-0.
PLANNING BOARD & HOUSING OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION
George Hosey
Chair Swanson made a motion to approve the resolutions confirming the reappointment of George F. Hosey to the Planning Board and the Housing Opportunity Commission and was seconded by Legislator Young. The motion was carried by a vote of 7-0.
COMMUNITY SERVICES BOARD (CSB)
Charlene Dech, Harris Stratyner & Doris Schwartz
Legislator Young made a motion to approve the resolution confirming the reappointment of Charlene Dech to the Community Services Board and was seconded by Legislator Pinto. The motion was carried by a vote of 7-0.

Legislator Spreckman made a motion to approve the resolution confirming the reappointment of Harris Stratyner to the Community Services Board and was seconded by Legislator Young. The motion was carried by a vote of 7-0.
Chair Swanson moved to hold the reappointment of Doris Schwartz pending further discussion on residency requirement.
MINUTES:
Legislator Stewart-Cousins made a motion to approve the minutes of October 4, 1999 and was seconded by Legislator Pinto. The motion was carried by a vote of 7-0.
Legislator Young made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:35pm and was seconded by Legislator Pinto. The motion was carried by a vote of 7-0.
