Chair Swanson called the meeting to address two items that were put on the Board agenda as a special order. Legislator Stewart-Cousins made a motion to approve the resolutions recommending the appointments of William Brown and Kenneth Finger as members of the Rent Guidelines Board, and was seconded by Legislator Pinto. The motion was carried by a vote of 6-0.
