Chairman Delfino called the meeting to order at 9:30.

Chairman Delfino briefly explained where the Committee is at in reference to the Ethics code. All the Legislators have received a package and were asked to submit any questions in writing to the Committee by today. At this time we have not received any questions from the Legislators. The Ethics Board did submit a list of questions/concerns which Chairman Delfino distributed to the Committee members. Chairman Delfino stated that another letter will be distributed to all Legislators asking that questions be submitted to this Committee by April 28. At which time Mr. Vitagliano and Mr. Ochacher will be available to answer questions.

On motion of Legislator Spreckman, seconded by Chairman Delfino the meeting was adjourned at 9:38.
