The meeting was called to order at 12:00 p.m.

ITEM# 8 – “Unlawful Discriminatory Practices in the Sale, Lease or Rental of Real Property”

Legislator Bronz made a motion to sign out Item # 8 for public hearing only and it was seconded by Legislator Alvarado.  The vote was 2-0.  (The Committee on Legislation signed this item out for public hearing only on September 23, 2002.)

The meeting was adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
