The meeting was called to order at 2:05 p.m.

Legislator Bronz motioned to approve the minutes of September 29, 1998 and was seconded by Chair Young. The motion was carried by a vote of 2-0.

Bill Randolph was not able to attend the meeting, but will attend the next meeting on October 20, 1998 to discuss services the County provides to the Spanish speaking community.

The meeting was abbreviated due to the length of the Leadership meeting, and other conflicting schedules.

Legislator Bronz motioned to adjourn the meeting at 2:10 p.m. and was seconded by Chair Young. The motion was carried by a vote of 2-0.
