The meeting was called to order at 1:30 p.m.

Legislator Bronz made a motion to approve the minutes of October 6, 1998, and was seconded by Chair Young. The motion was carried by a vote of 2-0.

Chair Young explained that he had planned on addressing the issue of the services that the County provides to the Spanish – speaking community, however since Mr. Randolph was going to discuss this issue and he was not in attendance, the discussion was postponed.

There will be no meeting next week.

On motion of Legislator Bronz, seconded by Chair Young, the meeting was adjourned at 1:34 p.m.
