Chairwoman Stewart-Cousins opened the meeting at 11:53 pm. The committee was asked to read over the minutes of March 10^th and April 21^st She accepted motions from Legislators Bronz and Abinanti. The vote was 4-0.

There was a continued discussion on Federal Revenue Sharing and agreement to pass a previously introduced resolution that would support the following vote. The Chair reintroduced discussion on Legislator Abinanti’s previously introduced resolution supporting Congressional Legislation that would bring approximately $30 million of one-time relief to states and municipalities.

Legislator Abinanti made a motion to pass the resolution, Legislator Ryan seconded the motion.

The vote to pass the resolution was 4-0

At 12:15 p.m. on motions of Legislator Abinanti and Legislator Ryan, a recess was called by the Chair with a vote of 4-0.

The meeting reconvened at 12:50 p.m.
