The meeting commenced at 12:30 PM. Leg. Stewart-Cousins open the meeting and thanked those Legislators who arrived on time. Leg. Stewart-Cousins stated that the scheduled date to visit the delegation is February 9, 1999. Next the items discussed and agreed upon during last week’s meeting were recapped. In addition, further clarification was given on several of these items. Present at this meeting was Teri Waivada who further clarified the extension of IDA authority to finance non-profit facilities. After long and detailed discussions, the Committee agreed upon the following:
