Leg. Ryan moved to include Real Property Tax Exemption for Volunteer Firefighter, EMS Works and Members of Volunteer Ambulance Corps into the package, seconded by Leg. Bronz . All in

favor [7-0] (Leg. Abinanti out for vote). Next the Committee discussed the For-Hire vehicle agreements. Leg. Maisano moved to incorporate same into the package, seconded by Leg. Latimer. All in favor [7-0] (Leg. Abinanti out for vote).

Under State Initiatives:

Next the Committee discussed Child Care that Works. After some discussion and redrafting of the language, Leg. Maisano moved to include same into the package, seconded by Leg. Oros. All in favor [8-0]. Leg. Bronz moved to sign-out the package, seconded by Leg. Abinanti. All in favor [8-0].

Next the Committee reviewed the minutes of February 2, 1998. Leg. Maisano moved to approve, seconded by Leg. Abinanti. All in favor [8-0]. Leg. Stewart-Cousins moved to adjourn, seconded by Leg. Latimer. All in favor [8-0]. The meeting ended at 2:10 PM.
