6) Hon. Bernice Spreckman: Forwarding a copy of her memorandum to the chair of the Committee on Legislation requesting consideration of legislation to require a dispensing attendant at all gasoline stations. (1/19/96) and (3/25/96) (This item was discussed in Committee on April 16, 1996)

11) Citizen Communication: League of Women Voters: Forwarding a copy of a letter to the Chairman of the Board re: County Legislative District Lines. (6/14/96 requested a speaker for committee meeting). (Discussed this item in Committee on June 18, 1996).

15) County Executive: Proposed Local laws which, if adopted by the Board and ratified by the voters, would require a two-thirds vote by the Board of Legislators to adopt a budget that increases the County property tax. (6/17/96)

33) Hon. Thomas Abinanti: Forwarding a proposed resolution directing the County Attorney to join Erie County in the prosecution of a lawsuit against the Tobacco Companies to recover damages on behalf of the people of the County of Westchester. (10/7/96)
