Chair Abinanti called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.

On motion of Legislator Mosiello, and seconded by Legislator Delfino, the minutes of June 23rd were approved and carried by a vote of 3-0. (Legislator Noto was not present for the vote.)

The Committee then discussed the proposed Campaign Finance Reform (CFR) legislation. The Committee focused on the expenditure limits, contribution limits, limitations on the sources of funds and procedures for accessing matching funds for candidates who opt for public financing.

On motion of Mr. Mosiello, seconded by Mr. Abinanti, the meeting was adjourned at 12:40 p.m..
