11) Citizen Communication: League of Women Voters: Forwarding a copy of a letter to the Chairman of the Board re: County Legislative District Lines. (6/14/96 requested a speaker for committee meeting).

15) County Executive: Proposed Local laws which, if adopted by the Board and ratified by the voters, would require a two-thirds vote by the Board of Legislators to adopt a budget that increases the County property tax. (6/17/96)

32) County Executive: Proposed Local Law to amend Chapter 826 of the laws of Westchester County, The Westchester County Solid Waste and Recyclables collection licensing law, so as to address the influence and the threat of the influence of organized crime in the solid waste and recycling industries operating in Westchester County.
