Latimer questioned how many of the 68 differences raised substantial differences between the two documents. It was estimated that approximately 1/3 of the questions raised substantial differences. Leg. Latimer suggested that we put together an agenda listing the major policy issues that have to be followed through and thereafter invite all the necessary representatives to discuss these policy issues.

The next items for discussion were items C-1 and C-2 (Marshland). Leg. Latimer discussed the status of these two items and requested that the Environment Committee review these documents.

The next item for discussion was the resolution renaming the Community Affairs and Housing Community as Community Affairs. This item was voted and passed at the Board Meeting held on Monday, May 20. Leg. Latimer moved to receive and file, second by Leg. Noto.
