Minutes of February 6, 1996

Legislators: Abinanti, Mosiello, Delfino, Latimer.

Meeting was called to order at 3:25 P.M. On motion by Legislator Delfino, second by Legislator Latimer the minutes of January 30, 1996 were approved 4-0.

The committee will send a memo to Jamie Hastings re: Legislative package.

Legislator Latimer suggested that unless there is some compelling reason to change the package, last year’s package should be contemplated.

The committee will send a second memo to all legislators asking for their input on the package.

Legislator Latimer would like items 1C1 and 1C2 (Marshlands and Read Sanctuary) reviewed by the administration with the appropriate environmental reviews prepared and forwarded to the committee. A memo will be sent to Jamie Hastings.

Item 2B3 (Plumbing Legislation) will be discussed at the meeting of February 27 with Mayor White of Tuckahoe and Frank Duffy of Mt. Kisco. A memo will be sent to Jamie Hastings asking that the appropriate administration officials attend.

Item 2D1 was received and filed on motion by Legislator Latimer, second by Legislator Mosiello.
