The Committee considered agenda item C-27, a proposed local law in relation to the Fire Advisory Board and the creation of the Department of Fire Safety Services. The Committee approved holding a public hearing on this proposed law on motion by Leg. Mosiello, seconded by Leg. Noto. All in favor [5-0]. The Committee approved the legislation on a motion by Leg.
