1.       Call to Order

          The meeting was called to order at 4:58 p.m. by Chair Latimer.

2.       Minutes of March 25, 2002 meeting – moved by Chair Latimer,

          seconded by L. Mosiello, All in favor – Aye

          Minutes of April 8, 2002 meeting – moved by Chair Latimer,

          seconded by L. Mosiello, All in favor – Aye

3.       New York State Labor Agenda

          a.       Discussion on pending Senate and Assembly bills.

          b.       Legislators Mosiello and Bronz will further review

                    Assembly Bill A08754 as to police funeral expenses.

          c.       Legislators Mosiello and Maisano will contact Valella

                    with regards to any other pending issues.

          d.       Chair Latimer will contact Catherine Nolan with regards

                    to any other pending issues.

4.       Legislators polled – no new business.

5.       Next meeting scheduled for June 24, 2002 at 4:30 p.m.
