The meeting was called to order at 9:25 a.m.

MINUTES:

Legislator Wishnie made a motion to approve the minutes of July 31, 2000 and was seconded by Legislator Ryan. The motion was carried by a vote of 4-0.

SUBCOMMITTEE

Chair Mosiello informed the Members that on November 27, 2000 he forwarded a letter to various leaders of labor organizations throughout Westchester asking that they serve on an Advisory Panel (letter & list on file). This panel would meet periodically and make suggestions to the Committee on Labor as to what topics the Committee should address. Chair Mosiello stated that he had tried to reach out to those organizations that have the most impact in Westchester County. A positive response was received from all. He asked that the Members review the list and make any additions if needed. Chair Mosiello will set up and attend the first meeting to advise those serving what the Committee will expect of them.

RECEIVE & FILE

Legislator Wishnie made a motion to receive & file Items # A1 through A-6 and was seconded by Legislator Ryan. The motion was carried by a vote of 4-0.
