HOUSING COMMITTEE

 

JUNE 25, 2001

 

 

PRESENT:  Legislators Lois Bronz, Bernice Spreckman and Michael Kaplowitz, George Raymond, Barbara Dodds, Tina Seckerson and Jean Cloidt

 

Meeting called to order at 2:20 p.m.   Chairman Bronz stated that there are two items that needed to be discussed.

 

Item No. 1 – Westchester County Affordable Housing Plan, Statement of Need – discussed ensued.  Legislator Kaplowitz moved the motion to accept the Statement of Need – Seconded by Legislator Spreckman.  All approved.  Signed out of committee

 

Item No. 2 – 19 Narragansett Avenue – Discussed ensued.  All of Legislator Kaplowitz’s questions were answered.  Moved by Legislator Kaplowitz, Seconded by Legislator Bronz, All approved.  Signed out of committee.
