Legislators Wishnie, LaMotte and Carsky: Forwarding a letter from the Executive Director of the Mental Health Association expressing the Associations concerns about the proposed New York State 96-97 Executive Budget and its potential impact on County residents. (2.26.96). Letter sent to Gina Angiulo requesting Representative for 4/16 meeting.
2. Hon. Richard Wishnie: Forwarding a letter from the Director of Victims Assistance Services regarding the way rape victims are treated at area emergency rooms through the development of trauma center(s) at designated hospitals. (2.26.96)
