The meeting commenced at 8:45 AM.

The purpose of the meeting was to sign out a Resolution in support of governance for the Hospital. This resolution will be sent to Westchester County’s State Legislature. Leg. Swanson questioned whether this was for "Westchester only". Leg. Stewart-Cousins answered, yes. Leg. La Motte moved to sign-out, seconded by Leg. Swanson. All in favor [3-0].
