The meeting commenced at 12:00 Noon. The first item for discussion was the minutes of December 1, 1998. Mrs. Paulin moved to approve, seconded Leg. Noto. All in favor [2-0].

Next the Task Force discussed meeting with the Editorial Board of Gannett to discuss the report "Tears of a Child". After some discussion, and a telephone call to Gannett, the Task Force agreed to hold this meeting on Thursday, January 21, 1999 at 3:00 PM. The Task Force also agreed to send the report to the Domestic Violence Council.

Next the Task Force discussed addressing a new project. Mrs. Paulin noted that some of the older issues could be updated. She noted that no resources have been allocated as of yet to the Child Advocacy Center of the Medical Center. The Task Force agreed to hold it next meeting on Wednesday, January 27, 1999 at 12:00 noon to begin to discuss new projects.
