TASK FORCE ON FAMILIES

JANUARY 6, 1997

12 NOON

PRESENT: Co-Chairs: Lois Bronz, Paul Noto

Members: Dr. Maria Munoz-Kantha Secretary: Lynne Creighton

The meeting was called to order at 12:05 pm.

Mr. Noto asked Lynne to schedule the following people to meet with the Task

Force:

Judy Berger and Lisa Linsky - District Attorney’s office

(Scheduled for February 3 meeting)

Russell Sykes - SCAA (State Communities Aid Association)

Elizabeth Ward, Director of Child Support - DSS

Ms. Bronz asked Lynne to invite Adrienne Petrork to meet with the task force

regarding her concerns that the present child support law hinders wives from

collecting child and spousal support payments from their husbands.

Mrs. Petrork is confirmed for the next task force meeting, which is January 13.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:15pm.
