The next topic for discussion was the use of Defibrillators and the need to have police and emergency vehicles equipped with this life-saving device. Police Officers from the Harrison Police Department gave a brief demonstration on how to properly use the device. Commissioner Pat Kelly noted that the County will be seeking a couple of hundred Defibrillators for AED classes and setting up training programs. Questions were raised as to how the County can help with supplying police with defibrillators, and help with education and training.
With no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 4:18 p.m.
