COMMITTEE ON COMMUNITY AFFAIRS AND HOUSING

April 5, 1999

 

PRESENT:                               Chair Oros, Legs:  Bronz, Spreckman

                                                Young

 

ALSO PRESENT:                      Mr. Salley, Mrs. Keating, Mr. Randolph

 

 

ITEMS DISCUSSED:

 

          Chair Oros called the meeting to order at  3:10 p.m.  Mr. Salley explained that this is the third year of the three year cycle for $8.3 million in CDBG funds.

 

          The 1999 Year will be a 9 month year so that we can take advantage of the construction season.

 

          On motion of Mrs. Bronz, seconded by Mr. Young, the committee signed out the CDBG act and will forward same to the Committee on Budget and Appropriations.

 

          On motion of Mr. Young, seconded by Mrs. Spreckman, the meeting adjourned at 3:20 p.m.
