MINUTES: On motion of Legislator Young, seconded by Legislator Darcy, the motion to approve the minutes of July 21, 1997 was carried by a vote of 5-0

AGENDA ITEMS:

Commissioner Oliva discussed the process the State of New York undertook to determine the eligibility of the ICE-Tea funds. Commissioner Oliva explained the three different projects that these funds will provide for. The funds listed in these projects are guaranteed funds as stated by Commissioner Oliva. These funds provide for the County to enter into agreements with the State to accept federal aid highway program funds for work along the Bronx River Pathway, South County Trailway, and Tarrytown-Kensico Trailway.

On the motion by seconded by, this item was carried with a vote of 6-0.

Item number 24 - Proposed lease for Swing Space at 360 Hamilton Ave.

On the motion of Legislator Wishnie seconded by Legislator Darcy and with a vote of 6-0, the meeting was adjourned at 4:20 PM
