THE CHAIRMAN OPENED THE MEETING WITH A PRAYER AND SALUTE TO OUR FLAG.

 

THE ROLL CALL RESULTED AS FOLLOWS:

 

LEGISLATORS:  ABINANTI, NOTO, BRONZ, KAPLOWITZ, LAMOTTE, MAISANO, MOSIELLO, OROS, PINTO, RYAN, SPRECKMAN, STEWART-COUSINS, SWANSON, WISHNIE, YOUNG, CHAIRMAN-16.

 

LOCAL LAW INTRO 22-2001:  COMMITTEE ON LEGISLATION:  Redistricting:  Local Law Intro 22-2001 amending Section 107.31 of the Laws of Westchester County to reapportion the County Board of Legislators’ Districts.

 

          Mrs. Stewart-Cousins presented Local Law Intro 22-2001 and moved its adoption, which motion was carried by the following vote:

 

          AYE:  Legislators:  Abinanti, Bronz, Kaplowitz, Maisano, Ryan, Spreckman, Stewart-Cousins, Wishnie, Young, Chairman-10.

 

          NAY:  Legislators:  Noto, LaMotte, Mosiello, Oros, Pinto, Swanson-6.
