THE CHAIRMAN OPENED THE MEETING WITH A PRAYER AND SALUTE TO OUR FLAG.

 

THE ROLL CALL RESULTED AS FOLLOWS:

RESOLUTION 74-2001:  COMMITTEE ON BUDGET AND APPROPRIATIONS:  Airport Parking Garage Lease Amendment:   Setting a Public Hearing on a proposed Local Law authorizing the County to enter into a Second Amendment to an Agreement of Lease, dated October 19, 1993, between the County of Westchester, Westchester Airport Associates, L.P., and the Westchester County Industrial Development Agency in relation to the Parking Facility at the Westchester County Airport and limiting the hours of operation of said Parking Facility.  [Public Hearing set for April 23, 2001, at 10:30 A.M.; Local Law Intro 17-2001]

 

                   Mr. Wishnie presented the following resolution and moved its adoption, which was declared adopted.

 

RESOLUTION 75-2001:  ETHICS WAIVER FOR LOIS N. ROSEN.

 

          Mrs. LaMotte requested unanimous consent to place Resolution 75-2001 on the agenda, which was granted.

 

          Mrs. LaMotte presented the following resolution and moved its adoption, which was declared adopted.

 

          Legislators Abinanti and Carsky were not present when the vote was taken.
