RESOLUTION 6-2000: COMMITTEE ON LEGISLATION:   Amendment to Solid Waste and RecyclablesCollection Licensing Law:  Setting a Public Hearing on a proposed Local Law amending Sections 826-a.306(2)(a) of the Westchester County solid Waste and Recyclables Collection Licensing Law in order to (1) define the term “subsidiary”, (2) to increase the annual “per vehicle” fee for Class A and Class C-2 licenses from $500 per vehicle to $1,000 per vehicle, and amending Section 826-a.306(2)(c) to increase the annual Transfer Station operators fee for facilities which process materials other than Recyclables from $10,000 to $20,000.

 

          Resolution 6-2000 was laid “OVER” under the Rules by Mr. Maisano.
