ACT 181-2000: Authorization of Legal Proceedings: Authorizing legal representation for the Westchester County Board of Election with respect to a lawsuit which is expected to be filed shortly by a County employee or other candidates against the Westchester County Board of Elections relating to the Judicial Primary for the Conservative and Independent lines.
Mr. Wishnie presented the following report and act and moved that the report be received, filed and approved and the act adopted, which motion was declared carried by the following vote:
