COMMUNICATION: HON. MICHAEL KAPLOWITZ: Con Ed Position regarding the Millennium Project: Forwarding a letter from the Supervisor of the Town of New Castle enclosing correspondence reflecting the continued opposition of Consolidated Edison Company of New York to the Millennium Project was on motion of Mr. Abinanti received, filed and referred to the Committee on the Environment.

Leslie v. County of Westchester, et al and authorizing the County to pay the designated counsel for legal services rendered in connection with the action.
